I was referred to Rubinstein Law by a friend who has used their firm numerous amounts of time. The receptionist was very nice when I called and assigned me my attorney and paralegal go to person for my case. That's where I met my dynamic duo - Eric Shapiro and Elizabeth Vasquez. Great experience with Eric and very knowledgeable. What blew my mind the most was Elizabeth. Even though I was a little bit of a pain, she kept great composure very pleasant and polite on the phone and even more welcoming when I met her at the office. She was very informative, explained everything that Eric might've needed from me. What overwhelmed me even more about her was that she reached out to me before and after my surgery. Made sure I was ok and if I needed anything. She didn't make me feel like a client but a family member of the Rubenstein law firm. Keep up the great work. I will be sending more people and have them ask for my dynamic duo team.
