Fatal pedestrian accidents in Florida occur, on average, twice per day. In addition to the fatal accidents, many other serious accidents will also take place. Unfortunately, pedestrians are at a very high risk of being injured or killed in crashes, especially compared to victims in other types of accidents. Pedestrians have few protections from the force and impact of a serious collision, thus making them more vulnerable to injuries.

We would like to offer our most sincere condolences to the victim's family following this fatal pedestrian crash in Sarasota.
