Negligent and reckless driving are responsible for most of the crashes that occur on Florida's roadways each year. Drivers who choose to ignore the law and rules of the road are electing to place themselves and all other motorists at risk of serious injury or death. Sadly, many serious Florida car accidents would have been preventable if the negligent driver had used reasonable care and caution.
We wish to offer our condolences to the victim of this crash in Hernando County.
