Jacksonville, FL (January 28, 2021) - Two women were seriously injured in a three-vehicle accident in Clay County. The crash happened on Wednesday, January 27th on Blanding Boulevard near Jefferson Avenue.

According to a report from the scene, a car and an SUV collided with one another at the intersection. An 86-year-old man in the car was killed in the crash and two women in the SUV were seriously hurt. The women were taken to Orange Park Medical Hospital for treatment. There is no word on their conditions at this time. The identities of those involved in the accident have not been released at this time. An investigation remains ongoing.
