Orlando, FL (February 1, 2021) - Police and rescue officials responded to the scene of a car accident in Orlando on Monday, February 1st. The crash happened around 12:30 p.m. on State Road 408 near Rosalind Avenue.
According to a report from the Orlando Fire Department, a car and a tow truck collided with one another. The driver of the car was extricated and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. There is no update on the driver's condition at this time. Two other people were also injured in the crash but there is no word on the extent of their injuries either. Police have not released any information on the cause of the accident. The roadway was closed until approximately 1:15 p.m. while crews worked at the scene.
The Orlando Police Department is investigating the accident. There is no further information available.
