West Palm Beach, FL - Head-On Crash with Injuries on Okeechobee Blvd.

West Palm Beach, FL (February 10, 2021) - The West Palm Beach Police Department responded to the scene of a head-on collision on Wednesday, February 10th. The crash happened on Okeechobee Boulevard near Australian Avenue and Interstate 95.

According to officers, a vehicle was traveling on I-95 when the driver crossed over the median and struck an SUV head-on in the westbound lanes. Rescue workers rushed to the scene to provide medical assistance following the accident. There were serious injuries reported but the number of injuries is not clear at this time. The identities of those involved have not been revealed and the cause of the accident has not been established. Motorists traveling near the scene were advised to find alternate routes of travel or to use caution.
