In recent years, Florida has ranked at or near the top of national statistics for the number of serious and fatal pedestrian crashes in our state. A Florida pedestrian accident is a life-changing event with catastrophic consequences. Injuries from a pedestrian crash can include head trauma, broken bones, spinal cord injuries, and death in the worst-case scenario. Sadly, in many instances, the pedestrian will not be at fault for the crash.
