Lee County, FL - One Hurt in Rollover Crash on Pine Ridge Road

Lee County, FL (February 13, 2021) - Police and rescue workers responded to a rollover crash in Lee County on Friday, February 12th. The accident happened on Pine Ridge Road near the intersection with Summerlin Road in Fort Myers.

The Lee County Sheriff's Office, along with Iona McGregor fire rescue crews, responded to the accident scene. According to a report, there were multiple vehicles involved in the crash. One vehicle rolled over following the accident, resulting in one person being hospitalized for treatment of injuries. The injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. There is no word on what caused the accident to occur. The road was blocked while police worked at the scene and motorists were urged to find alternate routes of travel.
