Palm City, FL - One Killed, Two Hurt in Crash on Martin Downs Blvd.

Palm City, FL (February 18, 2021) - A motorist was killed and two others were injured after a car accident in Palm City on Wednesday, February 17th. The crash took place around 5:20 pm.m on Martin Downs Boulevard near Olympic Club Terrace.

Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol responded to the crash scene. According to a report, a 2013 Chrysler sedan was traveling eastbound on Martin Downs when it collided with a 2004 Honda that was attempting to make a left turn onto Olympic Club Terrace. A passenger in the sedan, a 42-year-old man from Port St. Lucie, suffered critical injuries and was later pronounced dead as a result of the crash. Both drivers, a 24-year-old man, and a 43-year-old man from Palm City sustained serious injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

No one involved in the accident has been identified at this time. An investigation is ongoing.
