A Florida car accident takes place about once every 90 seconds. While most crash victims are on the roadway when they are injured, those who are near a roadway can also be affected by the actions of a negligent driver. This includes cars crashing through buildings, striking pedestrians, or otherwise affecting non-motorists in any other way. Each year, many of these innocent victims will find themselves injured due to the actions of a careless motorist.
