Odessa, FL (March 2, 2021) - A man was killed in a crash that took place on State Road 54 in Odessa. The accident happened on Tuesday, March 2nd around 10:30 a.m.
According to reports, a 52-year-old man was traveling westbound on State Road 54. At the same time, a 17-year-old driver from Odessa was traveling in the opposite direction. The 52-year-old man attempted to make a left turn and collided with the front-end of the SUV. The man was killed in the crash while the teen sustained serious injuries. The man's identity has not been released pending next-of-kin notification.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing. No further information is available.
