Fort Myers, FL - One Killed in Car Accident on Michael G. Rippe Pkwy.

Fort Myers, FL (March 2, 2021) - One person was killed in a car accident in Fort Myers on Tuesday. The collision happened around 3:00 p.m on Michael G. Rippe Parkway near Briarcliff Road.

The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the scene. According to troopers, there were at least two cars involved in the crash. One of the vehicles rolled over following the impact. The identity of the deceased victim is not available at this time. There is no word on the events leading up to the cause of the accident. Motorists were advised to avoid the accident scene if possible.
