Venice, FL (September 27, 2020) - The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the scene of an injury accident in Venice early Sunday morning. The crash happened just after midnight in the northbound lanes of I-75 near mile marker 187.
When troopers arrived at the scene, they located at least one victim suffering from injuries due to a car accident. The extent of the victim's injuries is not known at this time. The crash caused a roadblock at the scene as motorists were advised to use caution and avoid the area when traveling. Troopers have not released any details on the cause of the accident.
