Jacksonville, FL - Passenger Injured in Crash with JSO Vehicle on Atlantic Boulevard

Jacksonville, FL (October 5, 2020) - The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating after a crash involving another vehicle on Sunday night. The collision took place around 9:20 p.m. in the 8100 block of Atlantic Boulevard.

According to reports, a JSO vehicle was involved in a crash with another vehicle. A passenger in the second vehicle was injured and was taken a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Two occupants were inside the police vehicle at the time of the accident but were not injured. An investigation into the accident is ongoing at this time. It is not clear if any charges are expected to be filed.

There is no additional information available at this time.
