Clearwater, FL (October 6, 2020) - A motorcyclist was killed in a crash in Clearwater on Monday night, October 5th. The accident took place just after 9:00 p.m. on Keene Road near Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard.
Police have identified the deceased victim as a 41-year-old man from Largo. The man's motorcycle collided with a car and then burst into flames following the collision. There is no word at this time on the cause of the accident or whether the driver of the car was injured. The identity of the motorcyclist has not been released. An investigation into the crash remains ongoing at this time and it is not clear if any charges are expected to be filed.
