Zephyrhills, FL (October 8, 2020) - A 22-year-old driver was critically hurt in a crash involving three vehicles in Zephyrhills on Thursday, October 8th. The crash took place just before 7:00 a.m. on Gall Boulevard near the intersection with Tucker Road.

According to reports from the scene, the 22-year-old was driving a sedan on Gall Boulevard in front of a pickup truck driven by a 36-year-old man from Dade City. The sedan slowed to make a left turn, however, the pickup failed to slow down and collided with the rear of the sedan. The collision pushed the sedan into oncoming traffic where it then collided head-on with a school bus. The sedan driver was transported to a hospital for treatment of critical, life-threatening injuries. No other injuries were reported as a result of the accident.

There is no word on potential charges at this time. An investigation into the accident remains ongoing.
