Osceola County, FL (September 22, 2020) - A 20-year-old woman is dead after a single-vehicle crash in Osceola County. The accident took place around 3:20 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22nd.
Police responded to the scene on Interstate 4. According to reports, a man was driving a pickup truck on the highway when he lost control and veered off the roadway for unknown reasons. The truck collided with a guardrail before overturning and coming to rest in the median. A female passenger in the truck was ejected and died at the scene. Her identity was not immediately available. The driver was taken to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries. He has also not been identified at this time.
Police continue to investigate the crash. There are no further details available.
