Cocoa Beach, FL (September 21, 2020) - A 37-year-old woman was killed in a crash while leaving a hospital in Cocoa Beach on Sunday, September 20th. The crash took place near Health First Cape Canaveral Hospital around 10:00 p.m.
According to a report, a blue 2011 Volkswagen pulled onto State Road 520 and struck the female pedestrian as she was walking in the roadway. The unidentified woman was later pronounced dead by rescue workers. Her name has not been released at this time. There is no information on whether charges are expected to be filed at this time.
