Fatal car accidents in Florida take place multiple times each day. In fact, a deadly accident is reported about once every three hours, and more than 3,000 people tragically lost their lives in crashes across our state last year. The prevalence of negligent drivers on our roadways means that serious and fatal crashes will continue to occur, regardless of other precautions that can be taken.

We wish to extend our most sincere condolences to the family of the woman who was killed in this tragic Sumter County car accident.
