A hit-and-run crash is a devastating event for victims and their families. In Florida as in all other states, it is a crime to leave the scene of an injury accident. Drivers are required to remain present until law enforcement arrives to investigate the crash. For multiple reasons, however, drivers do not always obey the law. This is especially true when their negligence has caused the accident to occur.

Our thoughts and condolences are with the victim's family following this hit-and-run in Miami.
