When we think of fatal accidents, we often think of cars, motorcycles, trucks, and other vehicles. However, not all accidents involve strictly vehicles. Pedestrians and those who are walking in or near the roadways are at great risk of being seriously hurt or killed when they are struck by a vehicle. There are about two fatal pedestrian crashes in Florida each day and many more crashes where serious injuries will occur.
Our thoughts and condolences are with those affected by this tragic incident in Miami Shores.
