Pedestrian crashes continue to cause major injuries throughout our state. Each year, on average, there are about two fatal Florida pedestrian crashes per day, and thousands of people who are injured, many of them seriously. While statistics show that most pedestrians suffer injuries in a crash, there are numerous crashes where the accident was not the fault of the pedestrian but was instead caused by a negligent driver.
