Florida pedestrian accidents can result in serious and even fatal injuries for victims. When a pedestrian crash takes place, police must carefully investigate the crash scene in order to determine the cause of the accident and who should be held responsible. Each year, about 700 pedestrians will tragically lose their lives in pedestrian accidents across our state.

We would like to extend our condolences to the victim's family following this tragic accident in Daytona Beach.
