According to a report from the scene, the crash happened around 9:00 a.m. There is no information on what led up to the accident at this time. The deputy and a female passenger in one of the other vehicles were both taken to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Both are expected to make a full recovery. No other injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
