Lee County, FL (September 11, 2020) - Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol responded to a car accident with injuries in Lee County on Friday. The crash was reported on Lee Boulevard around 10:20 p.m.
When troopers arrived, they discovered at least one person suffering from injuries caused by the crash. Details leading up to the accident are unknown at this time and there is no information on the number of vehicles involved. Rescue crews transported an injured victim to the hospital in unknown condition. The crash blocked the roadway, leading officials to advise motorists to find alternate routes of travel.
An investigation is ongoing at this time. No further information is available.
