Miami, FL - Newborn Killed in Crash on NW 2nd Avenue

Miami, FL (September 11, 2020) - A newborn was killed in a crash that took place in northwest Miami-Dade on Friday, September 11th. The crash took place around 6:40 p.m. in the 15700 block of Northwest 2nd Avenue.

According to police, there were several cars involved in the crash. Thre is no word at this on how the crash took place. A 20-day-old child died in the collision while a 1 and 2-year-old inside the same vehicle suffered serious but non-life-threatening. 

Police continue to investigate the cause of the crash. There is no further information available at this time.
