North Fort Myers, FL (September 9, 2020) - Three people were injured in a three-vehicle crash that took place in North Fort Myers on Wednesday, September 9th. The accident took place on US 41 near the intersection with Pondella Road.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash involved a pickup truck and two Honda sedans. An 8-year-old boy suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to Lee Memorial Hospital for treatment. Both sedan drivers were also taken to Lee Memorial to be treated for their injuries. At this time, there is no information on the events leading up to the accident. Police have not identified anyone involved.
There are no additional details available. An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
