Pedestrian accidents and hit-and-run crashes take place every day in Florida. Sadly about two people lose their lives on average in Florida pedestrian crashes. Similarly, innocent victims are frequently seriously hurt or killed in accidents involving hit-and-run drivers. Many drivers who choose to flee the scene of a crash do so knowing that there will be potential civil and criminal responsibility for their actions.

We wish to offer our most sincere condolences to the family of the pedestrian who was killed in this tragic accident in Fort Lauderdale.
