Bonita Springs, FL - Police Investigate Injury Crash on S. Tamiami Trail

Bonita Springs, FL (September 2, 2020) - Deputies with the Lee County Sheriff's Office responded to an injury accident in Bonita Springs on Tuesday. The crash happened on Tamiami Trail near Springs Creek Bridge.

According to deputies, at least one person was hurt in the collision. Medical workers responded to the scene to administer aid. There is no word on the condition of the victim at this time. Police have not released any details on the events leading up to the crash. The road was closed South Tamiami Trail near the Springs Creek Bridge while police remained at the scene and investigated the crash.
