Fort Myers, FL (October 23, 2020) - One person was taken to the hospital after a crash in Fort Myers on Friday, October 22nd. The crash took place on Buckingham Road near the intersection with Orange River Road.

The accident involved a total of three cars. There is no word on the cause at this time. Rescue workers arrived at the scene and transported one person to the hospital as a trauma alert. There is no further word on the victim's condition. Traffic came to a halt following the accident and motorists experienced delays at the scene. 

An investigation into the crash is ongoing. There is no further information available at this time.
