Orlando, FL (November 1, 2020) - One person lost their life in a tragic crash that took place in Orlando on Friday afternoon. The accident was reported around 4:30 p.m. near Camping World Stadium at the intersection of Rio Grande Avenue and South Street.
Police report that the accident involved two cars. One of the vehicles in the crash overturned, ejecting the driver from the vehicle. The victim died at the crash scene. It is not clear whether the other driver was hurt in the accident. At this time, there are no details on how the collision took place. Due to delays at the scene, motorists were advised to seek alternate routes of travel. The crash caused the intersection to be closed for more than an hour.
No additional details have been released at this time.
