Cape Coral, FL (August 30, 2020) - The Cape Coral Police Department responded to the scene of a fatal accident involving a motorcycle and a truck on Saturday, August 29th. The crash was reported at the intersection of Skyline Boulevard and SW 10th Street.
The crash reportedly occurred in the southbound lanes of the roadway. Investigators were at the scene for several hours. There is no word at this time on how the collision took place. The identity of the victim has not been released. Motorists in the area were advised to seek an alternate route as the southbound lanes of Skyline Boulevard were closed while police were at the scene.
No further details were available immediately following the crash.
