Titusville, FL - Pedestrian Killed on Sunday Crash on South Hopkins Avenue

Titusville, FL (November 2, 2020) -  Police in Titusville are investigating following a fatal pedestrian crash in Titusville on Sunday, November 1st. The crash was reported around 9:40 p.m. at the intersection of South Hopkins Avenue and Garden Street.

According to police, a female pedestrian was walking near the intersection when she was hit by a 2016 Nissan Frontier truck. The unidentified woman was pronounced dead a short time later at a local hospital. The truck was traveling southbound at the time of the accident. The truck driver was not injured in the collision. 

Police are conducting an investigation into the accident at this time. There is no word on whether any charges are expected and no further details are available.
