Car accidents in Florida occur about every 92 seconds. Each year across our state, there are about 400,000 reported traffic accidents with approximately 250,000 of those crashes resulting in some type of injuries to victims. Drivers who are inattentive and negligent often cause crashes when they fail to yield or otherwise fail to see pedestrians walking in the roadway.
