Serious accidents are reported multiple times per day in our state. Although most crashes involve vehicles or pedestrians, some crashes involve other types of vehicles, including trains. When a train accident takes place, a thorough investigation must be undertaken in order to determine exactly how the crash took place and who is ultimately responsible for the collision. Train accident liability is a complicated issue.
Our thoughts go out to the victim of this Zephyrhills train crash and we hope for their complete recoveries.
