Eustis, FL (November 9, 2020) - Two teens are dead and a third is injured following a crash that took place in Eustis on Sunday. The accident happened around 1:10 a.m. at the intersection of Getford Road and Hicks Ditch Road.

The Eustis Police Department responded to the crash scene. According to officials, three teenagers were involved in the single-vehicle crash. Two 14-year-olds were killed in the accident and a third is in serious condition at this time. There is no information on the events leading up to the accident. Police are still conducting an investigation at this time.

There is no additional information available. 

Fatal car accidents are reported in Florida about eight times per day. Last year, there were more than 3,000 fatalities in Florida car accidents with many victims losing their lives in crashes that were not their fault. There is nothing more devastating than the sudden and tragic loss of a family member due to a traffic crash.
