Car accidents in Florida occur about once every 92 seconds. This means that all drivers are constantly at risk of being hurt in a crash on our state's roadways. Despite safety precautions that can be taken, some crashes are simply unavoidable due to the actions of others. Sadly, each day there are numerous instances of drivers who suffer injuries or are killed in crashes that were not their fault.
