Flagler County, FL (August 28, 2020) - A 26-year-old woman from Ormond Beach was killed in a two-car crash that took place on I-95 in Flagler County. The crash happened around 1:25 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the highway.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the woman was driving a Chevrolet Trax southbound when her car collided with a blue Lexus SUV in front of her. The Chevy rolled over several times after the accident. Rescue workers rushed to the scene but ultimately pronounced the woman dead from her injuries. The driver of the Lexus, a 38-year-old man from Ocala, was not hurt in the crash.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing at this time. There is no further information available.
