We extend our deepest condolences to the family who lost their loved one in this tragic Orlando pedestrian accident.
With two pedestrian deaths per day, on average, Florida is one of the most dangerous states in the country for pedestrian accidents. Drivers who fail to yield, fail to observe their surroundings, and drivers who are distracted or impaired all contribute to the pedestrian deaths that take place in our state. In many cases, the pedestrian is simply an innocent bystander who was injured by the actions of a negligent driver.
