Orlando, FL (August 27, 2020) - A 54-year-old man from Orlando was killed in a pedestrian accident in the city on Wednesday, August 26th. The crash took place around 9:30 p.m. on Orange Blossom Trail near Oak Ridge Road.

The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the accident scene shortly after the crash occurred. According to troopers, the man was attempting to cross OBT when he was hit by a car driven by a 23-year-old woman from Orlando. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The driver was not hurt in the crash and there is no information on whether she remained at the scene. 

No further details surrounding the crash are available at this time.
