Florida pedestrian accidents claim the lives of about two people every day. Unfortunately, pedestrian accidents are often more serious and cause more damage than other types of accidents. Pedestrians are uniquely vulnerable in that they have almost no protection from the force and impact of a crash. These accidents must be closely investigated in order to determine who should be held responsible.

We offer our most sincere condolences to the family of Michael S. Johnson during this difficult time.
