Brevard County, NC (August 21, 2020) - The Florida Highway Patrol responded to an injury crash in Brevard County on Friday, August 21st. Troopers were called to the scene around 9:00 p.m.

According to reports, the crash occurred in the northbound lanes of U.S. 1 near Palm Street. When police and paramedics arrived, they discovered at least one person suffering from injuries caused by the accident. No details were immediately given on the nature and extent of the victim's injuries. There were no details on the cause of the accident or the total number of vehicles involved. The crash caused a roadblock and motorists were advised to find alternate routes of travel.
