Pedestrian accidents in Florida take place every day. Sadly, two people are killed each day, on average, due to pedestrian accidents in our state. In addition, many more will be seriously injured and will have their lives severely affected when they are involved in a pedestrian accident. In many cases, a Florida pedestrian crash is caused due to the actions of a negligent driver. Police will continue to investigate this accident to determine if the driver should be held responsible.

We wish to offer our most sincere condolences to the family of William Ryan Abbott during this difficult time.
