Hit-and-run crashes in Florida are, unfortunately, quite common. According to the most recent statistics, there were 105,000 hit-and-run accidents reported in 2019 or nearly 25% of all total reported crashes. A hit-and-run accident can be devastating and can lead to serious injuries and even death. Many hit-and-run drivers will flee the scene following a serious crash in an effort to avoid responsibility for their actions.

We wish to offer our most sincere condolences to the family of Juan Santos following this tragic crash in Davenport.
