Palm Beach County, FL (August 18, 2020) - Deputies with the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office were on the scene of a fatal accident at the intersection of Gatehouse Drive and Yamato Road on Monday, August 17th. The crash took place just before 4:00 p.m.
Deputies received a call regarding a serious accident and quickly responded to the scene. Rescue crews also arrived to assist the injured victims. When officials got to the scene, they discovered that at least one person had died as a result of the crash. Police did not immediately release any details regarding the cause of the accident and the identity of the deceased victim is not available at this time. Motorists in the area were advised to use caution when traveling near the crash site and to find alternate routes if possible.
