Jacksonville, FL - One Killed, One Hurt in Crash on I-295

Jacksonville, FL (November 20, 2020) - Police are investigating following a fatal car accident in Jacksonville. The crash happened on Friday, November 20th along Interstate 295 at the intersection with Wilson Boulevard.

The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue, along with officers, responded to the crash scene. According to officials, one person was killed as a result of the crash and a second was hospitalized. There is no information on the cause of the accident at this time. The identity of the deceased victim was not immediately available. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating the crash and officers have not said whether any charges are expected to be filed.
