Port Orange, FL - One Killed in Two-Car Crash on Nova Road

Port Orange, FL (August 9, 2020) - One person is dead following a two-car crash on Port Orange on Saturday, August 8th. The crash took place just after midnight at the intersection of Nova Road and Madeline Avenue.

The Port Orange Police Department responded to the crash scene shortly after receiving a call regarding the accident. When police arrived, they discovered that one person had suffered critical injuries in the crash. The victim was later pronounced dead. Two other occupants of sustained injuries and were taken to Halifax Health Medical Center for additional treatment. There is no word on their conditions at this time. Police have not identified the deceased victim pending family notification. There is no information on the cause of the accident.
