Hillsborough County, FL (August 8, 2020) - Police and rescue crews responded to the scene of a multi-vehicle crash on I-275 in Hillsborough County on Friday, August 7th near Hillsborough Avenue.

The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the crash scene. According to troopers, there were several vehicles involved in the accident. Troopers report that at least one person was injured in the accident but they did not specify the extent of the injuries. There is no word on the condition of the injured victim at this time nor were any details provided on how the crash took place. There were delays at the crash scene as motorists were urged to use caution and find alternate routes of travel if possible.
