Osceola County, FL - 33-Year-Old Man Killed in Pedestrian Crash on Old Tampa Highway

Osceola County, FL (August 5, 2020) - A 33-year-old man from Kissimmee was killed in a pedestrian crash in Osceola County. The crash took place around 2:50 a.m. on Old Tampa Highway near Broad Street.

The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the crash scene. According to troopers, a 29-year-old man was traveling in a sedan when he struck a pedestrian walking eastbound on Old Tampa near the intersection. The pedestrian, a 33-year-old male, died at the crash scene. No one else was hurt and the pedestrian has not been identified at this time.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing and no further details are available.
