Jacksonville, FL (December 7, 2020) - Police and rescue workers responded to the scene of a pedestrian crash in Jacksonville on Monday. The crash took place in the 13700 block of Beach Boulevard.

According to a report, a pedestrian was walking in or near the roadway when they were struck by a passing vehicle. The pedestrian, whose identity is not available, was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of serious injuries. Police advised motorists to avoid the scene if possible and to expect delays when traveling near the area.
