Car accidents in Florida take place about once every 92 seconds. The cause of each accident will vary but can include both driver negligence as well as vehicle and equipment malfunction. Crashes involving equipment malfunction can occur due to faulty products or installation. These crashes are some of the most difficult accidents to investigate as they often involve complicated scenarios of attempting to determine the source and cause of the malfunction.
